Our terms and conditions apply to all – including future – agreements, deliveries and services including consultations and any other support. Derogations from the general terms and conditions must be confirmed in writing and signed by us.

We use reasonable endeavors to ensure that the information contained in brochures, catalogues, circulars, advertisements, price lists or belonging to the offer documents, drawings, illustrations, technical data, weights, dimensions and performance are accurate. Nonetheless, the accuracy or correctness of the information contained cannot be guaranteed, therefore it is important and necessary to check the data when ordering. Subsequent complaints will not be accepted.

The use of company data in our data processing of documents is exclusively for business purposes and can be only processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

If any provision of general, commercial, and selling terms becomes invalid, for any reason, this invalidity does not affect other provisions that remain valid for the customer, subscriber or partner.
